couldve been a lot worse.

I'm making this my food journal. Hopefully it'll help me a long the way.

Today: not so good at least I got exercise.

before school:
*3 slices of cinnamon roll bread with smart balance spread on them
*large banana

during school:
*potatoes
*low cal/fat fudge ice cream thingy
*rice

after school:
*TONS of tortilla chips and salsa
*tortilla with lettuce and above
*asian teriyaki noodles
*red jello
*2 or three cups of vanilla ice cream

Grains: 9
Calcium/dairy: 5
veg and fruit: 6
protein: 0
Junk: 1

I'm going to aim for
6 grains or less
2 calcium/dairy or less
5 veg and fruit or less (unless its salad with 1 calorie dressing spray)
2 protein or less
and no junk unless its that 10 calorie jello to keep me from binging.

wow I feel like a failure.  tomorrow I will bring good news though xx

I know some of you are fasting or going to do the fast with me tomorrow. Yay! Ha ha I'm actually very excited for this. So we all get to know each other better, I think we should fill out stats and stuff like that in the comments. Put in:
• Name (not your username, the one you prefer to be called): Mine is Haley. ^.^
• How long your fast will be: Mine will be at least five days I hope, but if I feel that I can do it, I'll go on for as long as I can.
• How much weight you hope to lose at the end of the fast: 7 lbs or more!
• Your MSN, yahoo, AIM, etc. whatever IM services you use. and your primary email: My msn is princesse.blume@hotmail.com, my primary email is kais.dimples.are.love@gmail.com
• Anything else you want to say: I'm so excited for this fast!!!

Now I'm going to copy/paste really helpful info from fasting sites to help motivated you. Also, if you're like me and have no idea what to do for a fast, it will help you too to make sure you do it in the most effective way!

When I was standing up to get out of the bathroom yesterday, it made such a loud noise it sounded like a whale leaping out of the water.  I'm such a fat fucking whale.

I started my period in the middle of the night.  This'll be great.  Oh yeah, and today's another snow day.  Whoopee.
I have absolutely no goals right now.  Except I want to lose weight.  But I've been thinking a lot about jobs.  Job goals.  Yeah.  So maybe this is cliche, but once I get small enough I want to pursue a career in modeling.  Can you all keep me motivated?  Do you know of good communities that are for pursuing a career in modeling?  Or something along those lines?  Thanks.
